T & M

This is the “pay as you go” option. T & M is an important part of our business, so we devote our top quality staff to service your needs. If your business is not ready to sign up for our helpdesk, this is your answer for troubleshooting your network communications issues. We have a 3 day standard service response commitment to ensure your needs are met when you need them met.

HELPDESK

Call us whenever you need us. We’ll provide free remote labor for service, moves, adds, and changes. If you need us onsite, we’ll give you discounted regional labor rates. In an emergency, we’ll be there the same day you call. We’ll also perform a semi-annual on-site system integrity check including inventory, cleaning, and technical sanity evaluation.

HARDWARE ASSURANCE

If your hardware needs servicing, we’ll buy the parts and you’ll receive a discounted rate for labor. If you contact us about an emergency, we guarantee we’ll be there the same day you call. Repair or replacement of out-of-warranty equipment is on us, and you only have to pay the labor. Additionally, you’ll receive a 5% discount on anything you buy from us. This plan also includes a semi-annual onsite system integrity check including inventory, cleaning, and technical sanity evaluation.

FULL MAINTENANCE

With a full maintenance program, any repair or replacement is on us. You will also receive deep purchasing discounts and the highest priority response when you need us onsite. This plan includes free remote diagnostic and move/add/change work service calls. We also provide free LEC support, free training, and a semi-annual system integrity check including inventory, cleaning, technical sanity evaluation, and LEC review. This plan also includes, at no extra charge, a free initial on-site system check and D-Mark phone bill reconciliation.
